Scope of ICV certification
Samer Hasan & Partner CPAs, the Company’s work will be performed under the guidance of ISRS 4400 - Agreed-Upon Procedures and special procedures issued by Tawteen will be performed to facilitate the issuance of the certificate. We perform mainly the following activities along with ICV guidelines:

• Reviewing the scorecard supplied by the management.
• Taking samples and verifying them.
• Discuss comments with the management and suggest, and implement necessary changes.
• Providing draft certificate and report to management in order to confirm.
• Issuing the final ICV certificate and submitting the final ICV report to Tawteen.
